So-called negative impedance, the classic condition of a gas discharge tube or spark gap, is the analogous equivalent (within the field of electrodynamics) of what physics promotes as the idea of black holes in which, instead of gravity holding light back from leaving a source, a simple gas discharge tube does the same thing by causing the current to go back to the source.
This is simple stuff stolen from electrical engineering and sequestered within the realm of quantum mysticism. How dare they!
But, somebody had to constrain electrodynamic theory to prevent another Nikola Tesla from erupting onto the scene and stealing everyone's hearts.
I call it, so-called negative impedance, because impedance never inverts. It stays the way it was designed within its circuitry. What inverts is the resultant voltage times the applied voltage divided by positive impedance due to the squaring of two imaginary voltages per cycle of oscillation. One imaginary voltage is the input applied voltage while the second imaginary voltage is the resultant output voltage resulting from a low level of real power dominated by imaginary power so that complex power becomes skewed in becoming composed of negative watts derived from the squaring of input and output power in the format of two imaginary measurements of power.
This is my way of redefining Watts Law so that it no longer contains the variable called current since we can replace that variable with voltage divided by resistance. But because voltage squared makes no sense, I realized that they're different from each other in that one voltage is the applied input voltage while the other voltage is the resulting output voltage. And the resistance is not simple resistance but is inclusive of impedance. And all of this within a framework of time so that Watt's Law becomes Joule's Law.
