Stun Guns
Overunity circuits come in all sorts of flavors. Some require an instant of voltage sufficient to initiate a plasma condition within a neon bulb or a spark gap - but only for a moment. It need not be any great deal of current to speak of, because only the voltage is needed to overcome the resistance of the space between the two electrodes of the neon bulb, etc.
If this is the case, then a “stun gun” may be the answer as to how to initiate a plasma state within any type of spark gap using a readily available, off-the-shelf component that encourages a do-it-yourself approach (which is what I prefer).
And if the first discharge from the stun gun is not enough to initiate a self-running condition, then several repeated attempts may be needed to bring the running amplitude of the free energy circuit up to its minimum operating amplitude.
This is what I am conjecturing may be the case with the Ammann circuit. But then, I’m guessing.
