There are five causative agents of electricity, they are voltage, capacitance, inductance, frequency and duration.
There are three additional agents of electricity which result from the five causative agents of electricity making a sum total of 8 features of electricity in totality. These three additional features or agents of electricity are current, power, and energy.
These three resultants are not very different from one another in as much as they are a three-in-one or a one in three situation in which you can't separate them from each other – it's impossible. Once you get the five causative agents going (or interacting) with each other, there's no separating current from power or energy.
Yet, we separate these three features (resulting from the causative agents of electricity), because we can get away with it – because we can dupe ourselves into thinking that current is something different from power and different from energy when they are really one and the same thing but with three different features to them plus the freedom we possess of looking at the results of electricity in three different ways or three different focuses of our attention span.
